EOLO - YOUTH MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

MENTORSHIP THAT TRABSFORMS LIVES

Each One Lead One (EOLO) is a flagship mentorship program of Anamon Foundation designed to provide direct, personalized guidance to youth in underserved communities. At its core is a simple but powerful idea: one committed mentor guiding one young person through life’s journey.

EOLO focuses on the holistic development of youth—supporting their emotional well-being, education, career aspirations, and personal growth—while helping them transition successfully from childhood into adulthood.

Our mentorship relationships are long-term, often lasting until the youth secures their first job after college—ensuring stability and consistent support during critical life stages.

OUR MENTEES

Every youth in the EOLO program is carefully matched with a dedicated mentor based on personality, interests, goals, cultural background, and life experiences. This thoughtful pairing fosters meaningful, trust-based relationships that grow over time.

OUR MENTORS

All mentors undergo continuous training to ensure they provide safe, effective, and high-quality guidance. Behind every mentor is a strong support system of professionals—including youth counselors, social workers, tutors, career advisors, and healthcare professionals—who step in whenever additional support is needed.

WHAT OUR MENTORS DO

EOLO mentors are experienced, compassionate adults committed to giving back. Each mentor dedicates at least 8 hours per month to actively support their assigned youth.

Mentors provide guidance in areas such as:

  • Education and academic success
  • Career exploration and job readiness
  • Financial literacy and life skills
  • Mental health and emotional well-being
  • Social relationships and personal development

They also help connect youth to opportunities like internships, scholarships, and community resources, while encouraging new experiences such as arts, culture, and learning activities.

ALWAYS CONNECTED

Through our secure and monitored platform, youth have 24/7 access to their mentors. Whether they need advice, encouragement, or simply someone to talk to, mentors are always within reach—just like a trusted parent or guardian.

OUR IMPACT GOALS

Through EOLO, we aim to:

  • Help youth discover their purpose and direction in life
  • Build confidence, resilience, and decision-making skills
  • Provide consistent, trus
